Though there are some semi-coherent thoughts in this article - I found the fact a sports writer from ESPN wrote an article talking about the destruction of real-journalism by Twitter high comedy. Yeah - a sportswriter - from ESPN. The only thing sports writers, ESPN, and real journalism all have in common is they sometimes all reside together on the internet. I say sometimes because I think real journalism usually must be relentlessly pursued to be captured  - like some rare exotic animal.

There are traffic cams in Houston as well and I do seriously think they harm traffic flow. You cannot approach an intersection without thinking about the camera - which hinders your natural reactions and causes you to do things you wouldn’t necessarily do if they weren’t there - like slam on the brakes unexpectedly.  

And yes i got a ticket from one. :P Apparently I didn’t come to a complete stop before turning right on red. :P
